is working with Amundson Properties to reposition this property. This site has been used as a surface parking lot for twenty years. Barrientos is creating a new boutique apartment building. Nestled between the quiet, tree lined street of East Harvard and bustling Broadway, the building includes 38 residential units. Spacious and light filled two bedroom homes and 2 story lofts will dominate the Harvard side of the building with one bedroom units on the east facade, facing Dick's Drive In.

with the help of Red Propeller and Blanton Turner, identified the need for larger, spacious units on Capitol Hill for residents who have outgrown their smaller places. We wanted to provide spaces for people who love living in this neighborhood, but need more space. All residences will include expansive floor to ceiling windows to provide natural light. In Seattle, quality of light is of particular importance to us all and we wanted to meet this need. All units will have large, useable decks and patios and access to a wonderful rooftop deck with panoramic views.

The Harvard facade is intended to be more stately and convey a maturity commensurate with its address. The Broadway facing facade will include playful use of color at the balconies to add an iconic and fun facade facing bustling Broaday.
